JoyceSALEJoyce Sale, formerly of Newnham, passed away on Wednesday 16th October aged 96.

Sister of the late Betty, and dearly loved aunt of Elizabeth and Stephen; great aunt to Daniel and Hanna.

Grateful thanks to staff at Queens Court, Bottisham for many years of devoted care.

The funeral service will take place at Cambridge Crematorium, East Chapel on Friday 15th November at 1:30pm.

Family flowers only please, but if desired a donation can be made to Cambs East Girlguiding, or a charity of your choice.

My dear aunt was a source of wisdom, encouragement and quiet support in my early years. In her retirement, as well as several volunteer roles, she enjoyed time with my children, joining us on trips, and supporting in many ways.

All is well, safely rest.

One of my first memories was driving though the village I grew up in with my Great Aunt in her beige Nova. At the time, it was probably a newish car. She had that car up until she went into a home in the 2010s.
